Returns & Refunds

We handle all return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We accept returns/refunds for:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective photo evidence required within 7 days of delivery.
  • Wrong item received we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Item not received after maximum estimated delivery time has passed.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after order has been dispatched.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  3. Our team will respond within 24hours
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Check your tracking number for the latest update.
  • Check with neighbors or building reception.
  • Contact us at info@mama-chen.com with your order number.
  • We will investigate and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
